Insurance Information

We are happy that many of our patients have insurance to help defray the cost of their dentistry. We participate in all plans that allow you to go to the dentist of your choice. We provide all patients with a pre-treatment estimate of their dental care and insurance benefits.

To expedite payment of your benefits, our office is happy to be able to submit electronically your insurance claim on the day of treatment. It is not necessary for patients to bring blank insurance forms, but if you do have dental insurance, it would be helpful for you to bring your insurance card to your first appointment.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the fee at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

If you wish finance your dental investment in treatment over a 6 month or longer period of time, we work with Capitol One and CareCredit to bring monthly payments in line with your budget. Our staff will be happy to assist you in making these arrangements.
